Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your reservation free of charge if done 61 days or more prior to the rental date.

• More than 60 days before cancellation: 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

• Between 60 and 45 days before cancellation: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

• 45 days or less before cancellation: No refund.

• Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days from the cancellation date.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method; any bank or transaction fees may be deducted.
